The CDWM Street and Parkway Restoration – Central South project focused on restoring and improving roadway and parkway infrastructure throughout Chicago’s Central South service area following utility and water main improvement operations.
Completed in coordination with the Chicago Department of Water Management (CDWM), the project restored streets, sidewalks, curbs, and parkways to improve safety, accessibility, and long-term pavement performance across residential and commercial corridors.
Work included asphalt and concrete restoration, curb and gutter replacement, sidewalk reconstruction, ADA-compliant ramp improvements, parkway restoration, pavement patching, landscaping, and traffic control operations.
